We need your NZBN number as this is required for issuance of your certificate. We also can send your invoice via E-Invoicing if we have your NZBN. You can write 'Don't have one' if you don't have a NZBN.

If more than 3 substances a full inventory will need to be completed. We need some idea of what you hold at site so we can provide the correct checklist. The best thing to do is send an inventory.
